At
any given time I’ve got several people in my head telling me what they want and
just how they want it. Woes me if I don’t write it down – I don’t sleep at
night.

Angel’s
parents, Amelie and Roman, wait somewhat impatiently to explain her unique
ancestry in their story Entwined, and her uncle is on the verge of becoming
immortal. He and I are still debating that outcome. Of all the people in my
head Angel is the worst offender.

At
3:00 a.m., when inspiration is both a blessing and a curse, you don’t want to
quibble over who gets the Stradivarius, or who gets Angel. But I can’t sleep
when Angel is talking. Her British accent is clipped in emphasis each time I
close my eyes. Leave her hanging over a cliff while I get 40 winks (well, 2
winks, to be exact)? Not on her watch. Angel is no angel.

Like
any young woman, she hasn’t yet discovered all her talents as she rounds the
corner in my head…and bumps into Falcon.

Angel’s
lips quirk into an amused moue and she leads him away out of sight.

Poor
Falcon. He should have known better than to think this assignment was going to
be easy.

I’d
better finish edits on Entwined while Angel is busy with Falcon.

Sleeping
with the Enemy? Sometimes Love is the Best Revenge

A
thief and an assassin. Lust at first sight.

Sounds
ideal until all the lies between Falcon and Angel bring them dangerously close
to the end of their lives.

Angelina wants to go unrecognized when she leaves her family’s
Yorkshire estate to play in a symphony in Italy. When she starts running she
has no idea just how much she is running from: a stolen Stradivarius, a
birthright of mysterious powers and a past that got her killed over two hundred
years ago.

Falcon wants the Stradivarius in her possession, and goes
undercover to track down a thief. But he is not the only killer in search of
the violin.

il Dragone, a devil-worshiping cult, wants revenge for a past only
they can remember.

Falcon’s Angel is a paranormal
romance of love that ended in tragedy in eighteenth century France. That love
is tested in a fight of good versus evil some two hundred years later. This
time around Falcon and Angel have an opportunity to put a stop to the cycle of
murder and mayhem, if only they can remember.

  1. My favorite thing about romance is after all the challenges in each book there is always a happy ending. It takes me away from the real world for just a little while. 😀 Big Hugs.

  2. That’s why I love to write, Missie – I have quite an imagination and am always ‘away’ somewhere!

  3. My favorite thing about reading romance books is the chemistry between the characters. Also I love happy endings! 😀

  4. I am only recently out of the romance closet. What I like best or what I need to have is GOOD writing. REAL characters, believablity. Not sappy fast happening. I like to read about the attraction, the chemistry happening, the SLOW kiss..

  5. I think the best thing is dreaming about a life full of charm, to live through the characters (and forgetting a little the troubles of my own) 🙂

  6. Thanks for the giveaway! Spring is in the air, but unfortunately living in Upstate NY, it is not even close to arriving. It snowed again at my house just tonight. I’m looking forward to the warm weather and longer days though. Spring is the time of love and my favorite romance novel is entitled “Outlander” by Diana Gabaldon. It’s not strictly a romance novel as it’s found in the literature section of a bookstore, but it has strong romantic elements. Jamie Fraser is my favorite romantic hero as he’s strong, sensitive, honorable and slightly flawed. Sometimes his pride gets in the way of making the right decision, but in the end, he’d do anything for Claire.
I love this giveaway hop! And, I plan to keep on hopping!
